Update on Tale of the Cattail Forest

I am going to keep this post short. As of now, I am reading The Odyssey, which I almost am finished. After that, I will go back to reading “Tale of the Cattail Forest”. This time around, I will be looking for plot and grammar things that can me improved upon. I have been on writing hiatus for a while now due to the books I have been reading- after all The Illiad and The Odyssey are not easy reads so I had to read a book in between, which was Spinning Silver.

I now have an actual copy of “Tale of the Cattail Forest”. It is not the final draft, but an uncorrected proof copy. I still have no idea what can be improved upon because I am in between the 4th and 5th draft. That means the story has really improved draft after draft. Now, it feels like there is not much to improve on, but I might find things that can be fixed or improved on.
