The Peterkin’s Christmas Tree Review

Not many people are familiar with Lucretia P. Hale. This short story is found in A Christmas Treasury. I loved reading this short story. It showed a different side to Christmas. It focuses a lot more on what a Christmas Tree looks like. It is all about a family going surprising neighbors and family about the tree- they started planning in early Fall. Early Fall sounds a bit too early to start planning a tree, but due to the fact that it was a surprise, it makes sense.
