The Christmas Masquerade Review

This was a short story by Mary E. Wilkins Freeman. It is a fun short story to read. It all starts on Christmas Eve where all the town’s children were invited to a Christmas Ball- no matter how poor or rich they are. These children dressed as fairies, princesses, etc….Here is the funny thing- for about a year, the children somehow turned into the characters they were playing. The outfits would not come off- until they came across a way to break that. Kinda of a cute story.
