Well, true I did this before. As in, I did list my favorite actors for characters, but for ALL characters, including those I didn’t like. Now, what if I limited it even further? This time, I will only do my favorite actors and actresses for favorite characters.

Conclusion
This is much harder than I thought. I know I love more characters than the ones on this list. Just—-some characters I struggle with figuring out my favorite actor.
Meg's Magical Musings 
So many good actors/actresses and characters! I agree on Julie Andrew being the best Maria (who can compare really?), Joshua Grosso being the best Marius (far and away- I saw him live and was surprised by how much he put into the character- HE WAS AMAZING), and Joey Barreiro being the best Jack Kelly (as far as Broadway Jacks go, Joey takes the cake- though I am still partial the Christian Bale from the movie since I grew up on it).
Samantha Barks did a spectacular job as Eponine, though I am rather fond of Lea Salonga from the 10th anniversary edition concert.
My favorite Belle is probably Susan Egan from the original Broadway cast. (I wasn’t a huge fan of Emma Watson’s Belle, truth be told.)
I’m not familiar with everyone, but it’s a good list. 🙂

True on that- that fact on Julie Andrews (I mean, we can’t ask for a better Maria; I fell in love with Sound of Music by the movie back in elementary school)
Well, my reasoning for Samantha Barks being my favorite Eponine is for a similar reason why Joey Barreiro is my favorite Jack Kelly—-being first (that is a kind of upper hand advantage)
Joshua did take me off guard- by the way, I actually got to see him twice (2017/2019). One of the standouts in that cast, and now Marius is almost a core favorite character because of his Marius
